My wife Catia is an excellent cook and she offers cooking classes in Mindelo. It`s a great way to dive into capeverdean culture and the way of living. You will accompany her buying all the ingredients for typical capeverdean food on the local markets and then you go with public transportation to our house where you prepare a tasty meal on our terrasse. Sounds good ? It is !
